The Webtool RCV75HD wire rope cutter is designed to cut wire ropes up to 75mm (1960N/mm2 grade), operated by ROV subsea.

The tool is made from aluminium to keep the weight at a minimum. Integrated interlock ensures that the blade cannot activate until the anvil is fully deployed. The RCV75HD also has an integrated hydraulic intensifier and internal relief valve, so can be operated directly from the ROV hydraulic supply.
